Introduction and Disclaimer:
There is so much speculation about the current status of women on boards and leadership positions of listed companies.
The objective of this survey is to find out the facts about female leaders and board members of listed companies in the GCC from the view of men and women. This includes women representation, challenges, and ways to reduce the challenges. The survey scope is limited to public listed companies although responses from other types of companies are welcomed.
Please note: For accuracy of analysis, if you sit on more than one board of a listed company, please select one of those companies, and fill out the survey focusing on that throughout the survey.
This survey does not intend to see the view of women only. So the participation of women and men in this survey is appreciated!
